Consumer Agreements:

Chef Roni's Creative Cuisine does not sell meals.  We sell a service.  Chef Roni's Creative Cuisine prepares the client's groceries in the client's home kitchen.

Gift Certificates do not carry a cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.  A refund will only be given in the event Chef Roni's Creative Cuisine is unable to accommodate the client for the original intended use of the gift certificate..  At that time, a refund will be given to the purchaser less any credit card processing fees incurred by Chef Roni's Creative Cuisine at the time of the original purchase.
