Cuisine will make an appointment to come
to your home to assess your needs. There we
will discuss your food preferences and any dietary
requirements that you may have. I consider
not only your likes and dislikes, but whether you
require low fat, reduced salt, gluten-free,
allergy avoidance or you just want all-natural
meals made from scratch. From there we
decide on a cook date. |

| Once the cook date
and menu have been decided, |
| I will do all
of the grocery shopping and arrive at your home in the morning,
ready to spend a day cooking. I will
hand-pick only the freshest ingredients purchased
the very morning of your cook date, that way you
can rest assured that your meats and vegetables
are as fresh as possible. |

| All of your meals are prepared in
the safety of your own kitchen, where you know the sanitary
conditions are controlled. Once
the meals are prepared, they are quickly brought
down in temperature and then either refrigerated
or frozen, depending on the meal. The meals
can be packaged either family style or individual
in microwavable containers or oven-safe dishes for
heating in the oven. After I clean your kitchen,
I leave you heating instructions for each dish
posted on the refrigerator. You come home to
the smells of home-cooking, dinner for that night
waiting for you, and a refrigerator stocked with
food. |
